Refund policy

All products purchased at CoolC Camera cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions will be allowed for defective products only. 

 

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, free returns will be allowed for defective products. 

 

Return steps:

1. Contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram with your return request and the reason for the return；
2. Your refund will be issued to the payment method you selected initially. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Conditions of return:

1. Return items to store within 14 days of purchase;

2. Products must be in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging and product tag (if any);

3. The order does not satisfy any circumstances stated under "Circumstances where returns are not accepted".

 

Circumstances where returns are not accepted:

1. Items listed at the time of purchase return/exchange；
2. Returning vintage camera due to the appearance defects;
3. The defects in the product were listed in the product information prior to purchase;
4. The customer was aware of the defect in the item before purchasing the item.
