Things Taiwanese customers need to do
- Please be sure to download EZ WAY App(iOS / Android Either is acceptable.
- Register and complete using a Taiwan mobile phone number. Real-name authentication(You need to enter your ID card number or residence permit number).
- When placing an order on the websitePlease provide the recipient's full name, mobile phone number, and ID card number.To ensure your package is delivered smoothly to your doorstep. Please ensure the recipient's name, ID number, and mobile phone number match your EZ WAY account.
- When the courier company (such as SF Express, Black Cat, Post Office, etc.) sends an authorization notice, please confirm the authorized customs declaration in the EZ WAY App.

Precautions
- If EZ WAY real-name authentication or authorization is not completed, the package will not be able to clear customs, which may result in return or delays.
- Each order may be subject to import tax during customs declaration. If tax is payable, the courier company will notify you and collect the tax on your behalf.
- To avoid delays, please download and complete the EZ WAY verification as soon as possible to ensure that your information is accurate.
What is EZ WAY?
- EZ WAY is a real-name authentication app designated by the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, used for identity binding and authorized customs declaration for express imports.
- If authentication or authorization is not completed, the package may be delayed or returned. Please complete the setup before placing your order.
Can I operate an EZ Way while I am overseas?
According to the latest policy, real-name authentication and authorization should be completed within a Taiwan IP/number environment. Operations outside of Taiwan may be restricted. Please complete the process in advance or process it within a Taiwan network environment.
What will happen to the personal information I provide?
The personal information provided by the customer will be used for customs clearance only and will be deleted after the shipping process is completed.
