1971年上市的Konica C35 Flashmatic 採用Konica自家的Hexanon鏡頭，成像銳利。
它與C35原型機最大的分別就是增加了閃光燈的控制，可以透過熱靴/PX孔連接閃燈，可以透過自動或手動調整閃燈的GN值(閃光燈指數)。
把光圈撥到AUTO後，閃燈會根據對焦距離選擇適當的光圈，而快門速度則保持在1/25s。
